Can we add comment box while taking action to the Performance document

Hello,

Our customer has requested to add a comment box alongside the Reason field for all action steps taken within the Performance Document.

Navigation: My Client Groups > Performance > Performance Document > Select the user with a PD > Click on Actions > Any step (Transfer, Change Date, Move Task, Cancel, Complete, etc.)

Currently, there is only a Reason dropdown available. The requirement is to add a Comment box beside it so that, in cases where no value is selected under the Reason dropdown, users can provide the details in the comment box. This will also help us maintain a clear record of why a particular action was taken.
