Performance Document Name not appearing in filter on Redwood Performance Documents page

We are currently experiencing an issue where the Performance Document is not appearing in the Performance Document filter on the Redwood Performance Documents page. Because of this, we cannot do anything administratively (i.e. move these documents between tasks) for our workforce (~8700 employees). Does anyone have a workaround? Please and thank you.
