Is there any notification sent to the employees when the goal plan is assigned

in Performance Management

Summary:

We are assigning the goal plans to all the eligible employees through "Scheduled processes for Performance Goals" - Process type - "Assign Goal plans".

Does this send the notifications to the employees? We have enabled the Talent notification - "HR assigns a goal" .

Also, where can I find the notification text?

Please clarify.
