The Performance Document Approver cannot view the Performance Document

in Performance Management

Summary:

Hi @Naga M -Oracle,

We have setup different approvers for multiple performance document according to workflows, Approver can be Employee's Matrix Manager's Manager or Employee's Manager's Manager, they are not able to view the performance document during approval only Approve and Reject option is coming.

The link is greyed out.

Also the requirement is that they should also have the option to edit the evaluation of manager can this be possible.

Please let me know how can the approver view the document and edit the ratings during approval.
