We have a requirement that the performance document should go to employee's matrix manager's manager for approval, how is this possible please let know

Also 2nd scenario is where that the it should go employee's manager's manager the last evaluator is matrix manager and then it is getting submitted by for approval.

Please help on urgent basis.
