Is it possible in VCBS to make All-in-One Evaluations Tab to be defaulted when opening Evaluate Performance as a Line Manager

Currently it defaults to the Evaluate Performance Tab

I know we can go there via Quick Actions but wanted to see if we can do it via this landing page
