Employees Still Getting Eligible even the Eligibility Profile is Removed

Hello Good day,

We are having issues on Performance Eligibility, Employees still showing eligible even the Eligibility Profile that makes them eligible is removed from the Document Period of Performance Template, I've already re-run the Eligibility Batch Process but the same view still exist.

Here is the Eligibility Profile under the document Period
