Issue with performance document eligibility and transfer
Hi, we have particular documents that have a complex eligibility setup (using fast formulas). For e.g., the documents are created based on the grade category of the employee's manager. This is an issue when a manager changes for an employee - because if the new manager's grade category is different (because of which the employee should be eligible for a different document), the document created is no longer valid for the employee. And this cannot be managed with the transfer process as the transfer process will only transfer the existing document.
Has anyone dealt with a similar process/issue or do you have any ideas on how we can manage this situation?
