Redwood-Override eligibility issue

Summary:

We have Open Enrollment Live and there are some users which are made ineligible for certain plan previous year.

After Open Enrollment of 2026, when trying make them eligible, system not allowing to do it.

Does anybody else facing issue for Override Eligiblity and knows workaround?
