My Team>'Evaluate Performance' page not loading after 25D

Summary:

In two of our lower environments, when you go to My Team>Evaluate Performance and click on the tile, the page does not load. We have tried running several different processes to see if that resolves the issue (Refresh Manager Hierarchy, Import User and Role Data), with no luck. We do see it in another one of our lower environments, so it's very inconsistent. But the issue did not start happening until the deployment of 25D.
