New Hire not visible in Benefits Activity Centre
Issue Description: Several new hires are not appearing in the Benefits Activity Center, although they are visible through Global Search and on the Employment Info page.
As per Oracle’s recommendation in a related post, we executed the following processes:
- Compute Users ACL
- Ingest Benefits Person Search Data
However, these actions did not resolve the issue.
We also ran the HCM Benefits Search Person Index Diagnostic Report, and all configurations appear correct except for a discrepancy in the Benefits Person Index Summary.
