Customise section description in performance document

We have an overall summary section and a questionnaire section configured on this template. However we would like to customize the section details which are highlighted below to give users a bit more meaningful prompts

eg instead of Evaluation questionnaire we want to put, 'please provide answers to the below questionnaire'

We dont want to use the UIT for this use case so is this possible any other way?
