How to make Journey Questionnaire feedback non-visible to others
Summary:
I've created company specific journey with a task that involves a Questionnaire ((1) questions (2) questionnaire template (3) questionnaire).
The Questionnaire is assigned to a checklist template and is set it to be sent to recently hired employees for them to complete a confidentiality agreement and fill in any interest conflict they may have. Questionnaire contains both required and optional questions and should be completed every year.
Questionnaire answers need to be private, confidential and non visible to everyone.
Will be using OTBI to analyse results.
I've created and completed checklist journeys in DEV environment.
As a Line Manager when I go into My Client Group / Journeys and search on an employee, it shows the checklist task and answers provided by the employee.
