Guided Journey - Questionnaire task - OTBI for responses

Summary:

I have allocated a Guided Journey that has a questionnaire task in the following route: Me > My Activity Center

I need to get the reponses of those answers. The questionnaire has only one text field that the employee needs to complete and press send.

When I generate the OTBI from the table "PER_CHK_GUIDED_RESPONSES" I only get an ID for the response, but I do not manage to get the text written by the employee.

Which is the table that shows this information?

Can an employee fill this information more than once a day?
