Remove Bypass Self-Evaluation

Hi Everyone,

We want to remove Bypass Self-Evaluation action for managers while evaluating perf doc.
Followed multiple CCC discussion, raised SR but did not get the solution and suggested to raise question here.
Can you please let me know what needs to be done in order the remove the Bypass Self-Evaluation action.
We've hidden the button from page using VBS but not able to do it from here.
