Query to get users who downloaded an attachment

Summary:

Hi experts,

I'd like to know if is there any table or view to query in order to retrieve users who downloaded a specific attachment.

The file is attached in a journey which is visible to different users in the Explore tab, so an user would be able to download the file, attached to the first task of the journey, without assigning to himself the journey.

Is it possible to write a query in order to know which users downloaded this file?

If not, do you know any other method to get this information?
