Unable to delete competency goals for 2026 review period worker self evaluation

Unable to delete competency goals for 2026 review period during worker self evaluation phase. Its been deleted from Skills area but still unable to delete from performance document and they are synched. Not sure how to delete them now. Its still in worker self evaluation phase. So will the approved competencies not be removed or how that can be done?
