Mass actions for performance document not working with custom HR role

Hello team,

we are experiencing an issue with the mass creation of performance documents when using our custom HR role.

The mass action for creating the performance documents appears to complete successfully, but in reality the documents are not created for any worker. We have already verified that all employees included in the process are eligible for the performance document.

When searching by process ID in the Import and Load Data task, it seems that the system did not generate any HDL file related to the mass creation action.

Has anyone encountered this issue or can help us identify what configuration or privilege might be missing in the custom HR role?
