Offboarding activity is not appearing in the Assigned Journeys tab.

We have the same permission, 'ORA_PER_MANAGE_JOURNEY_BY_HR.' I can find my ongoing offboarding journey, but A's doesn't.
As shown in the screen below, A doesn't see 'off boarding.'
What should I do?
