how to add questionnaires to feedback template (performance goal feedback)

Hi all,

I have the issue that for the template type "Performance goal feedback" in a feedback template I am only able to select one questionnaire. The drop down is greyed out and I am not able to select another one:

If I change the template type to "general feedback" I can select from a whole list of questionnaires (from the subscriber "performance 360").

What do I need to do so that I can use a questionnaire for the template type "performance goal feedback"?
