We have a requirement to make goal weight as non-zero value.
Summary:
We have a requirement to make goal weight as non-zero value. For this we have made weight as a mandatory field. But it still allows value of zero. Also, when the goal is copied from previous year to this year, even though the goal had a weight for previous year, it is defaulted to zero. We have enabled 'Sum of weight to be 100'. But some employees are entering one goal as 0 and other as 100. It still allows to submit. Please suggest if there is any way we can achieve the requirement.
