AI Assist Button in Overall Rating Manager Comments Box Not Working

Summary:

In the Overall Rating section of our performance document, the AI Assist button in the Manager Comments box does not seem to be working correctly. We have set the minimum number of characters to 250, and even when the character count is more than this, we still receive the below message:

There is insufficient evaluation data available to generate a summary at this time.

We have found that when we enter a large amount of data, it does work sometimes, but not always. We've found it to be a bit buggy. Has anyone else run into this, and if so, were you able to resolve?
