Related link in Performance approval notification is taking manager to the responsive page.

We are using the delivered Approval required for the Performance Document notification. When clicking on the related link that should take the manager to the performance document, it is taking them to the responsive pages instead of redwood. We have enable all profile options. Is this something we can updated ourselves? If so, where?
