Spouse Supplemental Waive plan is not defaulted Plan when Proof of good Health is Denied.

Working as Expected: During open enrollment when an employee enrolled into Spouse Supplemental plan, the plan is getting suspended due to Proof of Good health is configured. After the close of enrollment period. When an employee enter the denied date for Proof of good health, the Spouse supplemental plan is defaulted to WAIVE Plan. Which is working as expected.
Issue Statement: Whereas, when a marriage life event is processed and again enrolled into Spouse Supplemental plan, the plan is getting suspended due to proof of good health is configured. After the close of enrollment period. When an employee enter the denied date for Proof of good health, the Spouse supplemental plan is not defaulted to Waive Plan. The entire is plan is missing from the enrollment Opportunities report.
