25D - Show more summary info disappeared in PROD for Overall Summary Section, What can be done?

Hello Team,

We have an urgent issue, the “Show more summary info” functionality has disappeared from any Performance Document on the PROD Environment.

Problem:

The employees and managers uses the “Show more summary info” in their performance documents, however since December 2025 this functionality has disappeared on the PROD environment while the TEST environment still has the “Show more summary info”.

The issue can be replicated using the following Steps:

Log as employee:

Navigation: Me >> Career and Performance >> Select performance document with “Employee Self Evaluation” task open >> open Overall Summary section

Log as Manager:

Navigation: My Team >> Performance >> Select performance document with “Manager Evaluation of Worker” task open >> open Overall Summary section
