Is there a supported way to add a validation step to the Performance Document workflow?
Hi everyone,
We are trying to implement a process in which a third-party user, external to both Worker and Manager roles, acts as a validator of the Performance Document.
The process should work according to the following steps:
- Manager Evaluation
In this phase, the manager evaluates several items across the sections of the Performance Document and enters a comment in the Overall section, where the total score is calculated via a Fast Formula.
2. Worker Final Feedback
In this phase, the worker adds a comment on the received evaluation and then clicks a button that redirects them to an external page to digitally sign the document.
