We are facing an issue with the Benefits Activity Center (Redwood) following an environment refresh from Dev1 to Dev3.

All the Users are seeing the following message on the page:

"After the security administrator regenerates the access control list, you can see the details here."

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

  • Users have identical roles and data security in both the source (Dev1) and target (Dev3).
  • We are using Oracle-delivered Job Roles and their respective Data Roles.
  • This occurs for all users attempting to access the page.

Steps Taken: We have already executed and successfully completed the following processes in order, but the message persists:
