Job Offer Expiration Notifications are triggering Duplication.

Summary:

The Job Offer is going to expire to the Candidate from the date provided while extending to him.

However, candidate has received the notification to act on the offer extended to them but he received 4 times, 2 for one sec and 2 for one sec, with total 4 reponse notifications triggered to him.

Hiring Team also received 2 notifications for 1 sec. (Hiring Manager and Recruiter)

After been triggered, it wasn't duplicated thereafter…
