Allow Employees to view the feedback or comments shared by Second Level Manager
Summary:
We have a performance cycle that follows the steps outlined below:
- Employee Self-Evaluation
- Manager Review
- Second-Level Manager Review
- Sharing Feedback with the Employee
- Employee Acknowledgement
At present, employees are able to view the ratings and comments provided by their direct manager(one mentioned in second step) as part of the performance review.
However, they are unable to view the feedback or comments provided by the second-level manager (one mentioned in third step). We would like employees to also have visibility into the feedback or comments shared by the second-level manager.
Please advise on how we can enable this functionality.
