My Employer has decided to implement HCM Performance Management and HCM Goals Management.

They don't want to use external service provider, keeping it in-house…. me and few others in HR IT team. We don't have access to Success Navigator, so can't look at that for guidance.

I want to make sure we configure HCM Performance Management and HCM Goal Management correctly and know if pitfalls before we get too deep into configuring everything. First time doing without an external SI.
