Missing Business Title Field in Goal Center for Performance Admin Role

Hi, I'm having an issue with roles. I'll explain the problem. I've noticed that when I search for an employee from the goal center, the review period and goal plan fields appear, not the business title. However, from other roles, such as Local HRBP and Vertical HRBP, I see the business title, review period, and goal plan correctly. Why is this happening? Could you tell me which duty I should search for/enter?
