When a task is re-opened, need to add a reason why is task being reopened and reassigned
in Journeys
Summary:
PW completes a task in the journey. Line Manager has the option to reopen the task which triggers a notification to the PW worker to complete the journey task.
However, how will the user know why is the task being re-opened. Is there a way to inform the user why is the task being reopened or add comments when re-opening a task.
the user receives a notification on Task Reassignment/ re-opened, how will the user know why is the task being reassigned.
