How to show employee workforce structure and other details to owners or performers of the task.

Summary:

We have a client requirement wherein there are certain employee workforce structure and other details which they want to show to the owners and performers of the task in journey template for example: IT person should see the employee details like employee location, email, employee last working date or joining date etc.. So that he can get a clear understanding before completing his task.

I have checked the show employment info tab in the application task but it does not have the other details mentioned in it like last working date. Also is it possible to show the Contact information to be filled task in the journey template for employee as their is no such task in application task type.
