Can we customise the HRG_PERF_GOALS_ALERTS in Alert Composer?

Hello experts,

we are trying to customize the HRG_PERF_GOALS_ALERTS in Alert Composer which is for Performance Goals notifications.

Is it possible to modify or add a template if we would like a seperate template to go to a specific department when HR assigns a goal?
