Proof of good health EOI is getting approved/denied for both spouse and employee together
We have done EOI setup for both Employee & Spouse, the document we have used is proof of good health for both of the plans. However if we have a case wherein Employee Life & Spouse Life both have suspended enrollments then when we go on and approve the suspended pending action for employee or spouse enrollment (only one) then the suspended enrollment for the other one also gets approved.
We want both the suspended action to be independent of each other.
