How can we update the verbiage for employee digital signature checkbox in a performance document?

We are looking to update the verbiage for employee digital signature checkbox in the annual performance document. Earlier, for Responsive pages, this was possible via Page Composer. What is the procedure to update this for Redwood pages? We have looked through the VB Studio route to update this, but could not see how this could be possible via VB Studio.
