Add Warning Control for Duplicate Work Email Across Active Workers

Hello,

Is it possible to configure a control on the Work Email field so that, when the email address is already associated with an active worker in the system, Oracle returns a warning?

The goal would be to prevent or at least alert users in case the same work email is reused for another person during Hire/Rehire flows.
