Redwood : Performance Document - Section Rating Not Calculating Correctly

Hi Experts,

We are moving from UX to Redwood and need help with this specific section where Manager manually select the section rating. However, once the rating is selected, when they select Calculate, nothing happens. The Manager Calculated Rating stays 0

Please advise, what could be missing on this?
