We have a customer requirement to club the Goals and Performance documents details in one page

Currently, employees and HR users must navigate through multiple, separate Oracle pages (one for Goals and one for Performance documents details) to view all the relevant data for an employee's appraisal/reviews.

We require a solution to consolidate the key data fields from the Goals and Performance onto a single, unified page within the Oracle environment.

This single-page view is critical for enhancing the usability and efficiency for both employees and HR personnel, as it eliminates the need for excessive navigation across different screens to review a complete appraisal record also the business is not comfortable to see the data through reporting approach.
