Can an AOR assignee edit person profile for another person within journeys

Summary: Hello - Within journeys, there is an embedded task type to allow a worker to edit various elements of their person profile within the journey task. Being able to edit this information within the task and not navigating away is an ideal user experience. We have a business case where we would like an AOR assignee, HR for example, to edit someone else's person profile. I have not been able to create this experience within configuration. Is this possible within journeys?
