Unable to create anytime document from Employee/Manager/HR

in Performance Management

Summary:

We have created the Anytime document and run the Eligibility Batch process (with Create document = No) successfully. The employees shows 'Eligible' in the Performance eligbility Process. But 'Process Eligibility' Button is Greyed out.

When we go to 'Add anytime document' page from HR/ Employee /Manager, I am not able to see drop down values for Review period. So I am not able ro create it.

Can you please assist.
