BEN Due date error not triggering when documents are uploaded past the due date

Answer: For the Document related issue:
-From Benefits Activity Center go to Pending Actions.
-Click on the pencil under pending actions.
-When you put in a date in the received date section that is past the due date the error message is not populating.
-Screenshot is the message that should populate when you enter a received date after the document due date.
For further analysis, Could you let me know which plan and life event you are experiencing this error with? Medical, Dental & Vision. We have so many life events, so we haven’t tested through all of them, but I know this issue exist with Birth of a Child and New Hire.
