Setting Offboarding Checklist Expiration Date as Termination Effective Date

Dear Team,

As part of the termination process, we have created an offboarding checklist that is triggered upon approval of the employee’s termination.

The customer’s requirement is to automatically set the checklist expiration date as the same date as the employee’s termination effective date.

In other words, when the termination is processed with a specific effective date, the checklist (journey) should automatically expire on that same date without manual intervention.

We would like to know:
Is it possible to default or derive the checklist expiration date based on the termination effective date?
Can this be achieved through configuration (journey setup, eligibility profile, or fast formula)?
