Set Goal Task isn't supported in Redwood UI

set Goal Task isn't supported in Redwood UI , and the only way is to Use Goal Center to add Goals , then if the manager set the Goals for an Employee, how we can request Employee Acknowledgment??

i tried the Approval Cycle and we can't set the approval goes form the manager to Employee , is there any workaround for this?!
