Performance Document Print Failures in Redwood Due to Tables and Images
Summary:
Since moving to Redwood, we have encountered persistent issues printing Performance Documents when users paste images or Excel tables into comment sections. PDF generation often fails due to excessive run times, or produces unreadable output with dozens of pages of corrupted characters. We’re looking to understand whether this can be technically mitigated, or if there are configuration or usability controls available to prevent the issue at the source.
