How does one go about searching/querying an Interaction record by Name/Title?

Summary:
We have launched the Redwood experience & have also enabled the Redwood Side Panel for Outlook O365. Interaction records are getting created successfully for the most part but we find that we are challenged as it pertains to being able to properly search for Interaction records directly in the system or being able to see these individual Interactions from reporting & being able to properly determine which Interactions the report is referencing. This is especially true if there is more than 1 Interaction for the same Account on the same day.
Is there a way to query or search by the Interaction record Name or Title directly in the system? Is there a way to also retrieve this information via an OTBI analysis?
