How to hide the Beneficiaries and Primary Care Physicians sections in the "Print All Benefits" PDF?

Hi,

I would like to know how to hide the Beneficiaries and Primary Care Physicians sections when we click on the Print all Benefits button under view enrollments on ESS Benefits Page. We have marked it as do not display under Benefits plan configuration but still it appears on the PDF that gets generated. Is there a way we can hide it?
