Update Any Field: Introducing Mass SR Updates Through Extensibility!
I am thrilled to announce a game-changing update in our 26A release.
We know that for a long time, you were limited when it came to making bulk changes. Until now, you could only perform mass updates on four specific fields that came "out-of-the-box". We heard your feedback: you need more flexibility to manage your workflow your way.
With our new Extensibility feature, those limits are gone. You can now enable mass updates for any field in a Service Request. Whether you need to change the severity, the assigned person, or a custom status across dozens of SRs at once, this feature has you covered.
