Document Communication Failed

in Self Service Procurement

Summary:

Hi Experts,

We are facing the following error:

An email is not going to the supplier after purchase order creation and this line is showing in the PO mail "The document wasn't communicated to the supplier because an application error occurred while generating the PDF. Contact your administrator for assistance."

We have enabled the profile option " PO_CONTROL_SUPPLIER_COMMUNICATION " and also in the Delivery status is showing Success, this process generated after I clicked on Actions > Communicate on PO.
