Is it possible to freeze the performance document manager as of a specific date?
Hello Team,
We would like to understand if it is possible to freeze the manager associated with a performance document as of a specific date.
By default, when a performance document is created, the system automatically assigns the employee’s current manager at the time of document creation. However, this manager may not be the one the employee actually worked with during the performance period.
We are aware that one possible workaround is to manually transfer the performance document to the correct manager.
Have you implemented any alternative solutions or workarounds to handle this scenario?
